Last year, Rachael Blackmore, riding Minella Times (above), became the first female jockey to win the Grand National in the race's 182-year history. She has since won the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Champion Hurdle, and her mount Minella Times is among the favourites to win once again. But they face fierce competition, not least from Mark Walsh aboard Any Second Now.
