Easter Parade (1948) BBC2, 12.20pm

You could argue that it's being shown a week too early, but there's never a bad time to see this classic musical starring Judy Garland and Fred Astaire (above) and featuring a wealth of wonderful Irving Berlin songs. When his glamorous partner quits their act, dancer Don Hewes trains a chorus girl to be her replacement.
