Freeze The Fear With Wim Hof

BBC1, 9pm Holly Willoughby and Lee Mack (above) host a new six-part show in which extreme athlete Hof puts Alfie Boe, Chelcee Grimes, Dianne Buswell, Gabby Logan, Owain Wyn Evans, Patrice Evra, Professor Green and Tamzin Outhwaite through a series of challenges in sub-zero temperatures. There'll be no red-carpet treatment here as the celebs are pushed out of their comfort zones. ★★★☆☆
