Ferry farce lesson

The SNP ferry fiasco will no doubt be taught to students in developing countries in future as a perfect example of how not to run a country. There can be few better examples of mind-blowing incompetence from a governing party. Yet a divided opposition keeps them in power no matter what. A banana republic would be embarrassed to govern in this way.
