Prokofiev And Dvorák With Marin Alsop At The Proms

For the first time in four years, US conductor Marin Alsop takes part in the Proms. She’s in charge of the Vienna Radio Symphony for a performance of Béla Bartók’s The Miraculous Mandarin, which should warm up the audience ahead of Profokiev’s dramatic Third Concerto and Dvorák’s muchadmired Seventh Symphony.
