Hastings Hotels is one of Northern Ireland’s top hospitality chains, but the company has had a torrid couple of years. Now, after forced closures and losses of more than £16million, they are reopening their doors, with Belfast’s Europa Hotel gearing up for a series of gigs by Van Morrison. And over at the Culloden Hotel and Spa in Co Down, a new double-decker party bus arrives.
