Joe works it all out...

LOCKDOWN fitness hero Joe Wicks and his wife Rosie, right, are expecting baby number three any day now – and they’ve opted to swap the delivery room for the living room.

Joe, 36, who has been sharing pregnancy-friendly workouts online, says the couple have bought an eco-friendly birthing pool for their Surrey home.

Ever the enthusiast, Joe intends on being hands-on during Rosie’s labour – he’s even planning to join his wife in the water if she lets him.

I just hope that former model Rosie, 32, will appreciate his enthusiasm when the big day arrives…
