The previous run may have only ended last week but the new series is already here. This time, cameras are following the staff of the North East Ambulance Service as they cover Durham and Darlington. It begins with a night shift that also coincides with pay day, meaning it's busier than usual. Two paramedics respond to a call about a suicidal patient, but when they arrive, they find she is missing.
