Sturgeon cops out

Rishi Sunak has rightly decided not to attend Cop27 in Egypt as he has too much work to do with the massive problems facing the UK. Nicola Sturgeon has decided to go to report that the Scottish Government has missed all the targets it set for climate control in the past ten years. It’s encouraging that she has so much time on her hands. Apparently Scotland has no problems to resolve.
