3rd class idea on stamps

The pen-pushers who came up with the process of swapping old stamps for new have not thought of the repercussions. They assumed everybody has access to the internet, but many older people don’t. If this is their attitude, it’s no wonder

Royal Mail is in a mess.

I have nothing but praise for the stamp swap team. I had 60 1st class stamps and 28 1st class large stamps. I filled in the online form and returned it by email. Within days I received forms and envelopes to send my stamps to swap. When I mistakenly received 28 2nd class barcoded, I emailed the team and was promptly sent a packet to send the incorrect stamps back. I did this and received the correct stamps by return.
