Before that he worked at the Swiss Bank Corporation and Bank of America. SHOOTS FROM THE HIP: He said that the former Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng’s mini-Budget in September was ‘naive’. After falling out with Theresa May’s administration, he said that her advisers ‘lack strategic perspective’ to make a success of Brexit.
