Emily Atack, Ruby Wax and Mel B (below) venture deeper into the mountains. They learn about the impact of the Gold Rush on the area during a visit to a ghost town created by prospectors, then abandoned when their dreams of wealth dried up. The trio also enjoy views from the highest spot on their journey so far. BBC2, 9pm It was heart-breaking when mother-of-two Toni Crews died from cancer aged only 30 in 2020. But before her death she decided something positive should emerge from her suffering: her body being dissected in public to raise awareness of the disease that killed her, as documented in a powerful film narrated by Crews’s own words.
