GEORGE HONEYMAN The Sunderland captain is reportedly a target for Sheffield United. The 24-year-old, who was also linked with Sheffield Wednesday in the summer is likely to be rated at more than £1m by the Black Cats.

DYLAN MCGEOUCH Praised by manager Jack Ross for his performance in the 2-0 win at Plymouth on Saturday. The 25-year-old Scotland international signed on a free from Hibs having helped them qualify for this season’s Europa League. Hibs wanted to hang on to him while Rangers, Aberdeen, Blackburn and QPR were all reportedly interested in him.

LYNDEN GOOCH The winger is enjoying a fine season having scored three and provided six assists in his 14 appearances. The 22-year-old, who was born in Santa Cruz, California, is hoping to add to his four caps for the United States. Likely to play on the right of an attacking three behind the centre forward.

CHRIS MAGUIRE The 29-year-old has two caps for Scotland and would love more. The former Oxford midfielder signed from Bury in the summer and has netted five goals so far. Plays in the number 10 role behind the striker.

AIDEN MCGEADY The 32-year-old former Celtic and Everton forward has netted three goals in his last two appearances. Praised for his attitude by manager Jack Ross who highlights the fact he is so good on either side that he can take corners with either foot.
