ALEX KENYON Defensive midfielder who can also play full-back or centre-half. The 26-year-old began his career at Everton.

ANDREW TUTTE The 28-year-old was on the books of Manchester City as a youngster. Had spells with Rochdale and Bury before joining Morecambe in the summer.

LIAM MANDEVILLE The 21-year-old is on loan from Doncaster. He had a loan at Colchester last season and has made 74 first-team appearances for Rovers.

AJAY LEITCH-SMITH The former Crewe forward had a season at Vale under Rob Page in 2015-16. The 28-year-old joined Morecambe on a free from Shrewsbury in August and has chipped in with five goals. Likely to get an attacking role behind the striker in a 4-2-3-1 system.

KEVIN ELLISON Now 39, but don’t be fooled by that. He’s a quality forward who uses all his experience from spells with Leicester, Stockport, Lincoln, Chester, Hull, Tranmere, Chester and Bradford.
