ALEXANDER Rarity, aged 31, admitted two offences of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and failing to comply with the sex offenders’ register. The 31-year-old, of Bycars Road, will be sentenced at Stoke-on-trent Crown Court after a report is prepared.
