COLOURFUL:
The latest Rainbow Trail has started at Gladstone Pottery Museum. The trail, which costs £1 , takes children around the Longton venue to identify different objects by colour, and fill in the answers on a clipboard. Visitor services manager Kerry Walters said: “The trail encourages the visitors to explore the whole site, and find things they may have missed. It also helps with literacy and reading, and is an activity that a family can do together.” Right is ceramic artist Lyn James at work in the decorating studio, with one of the clues nearby.
