Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay refused to say whether the government has a ‘plan B’ if MPS vote against the draft withdrawal agreement on Tuesday,

Last week MPS voted for an amendment which requires ministers to put forward alternative proposals within three days if Theresa May’s Brexit deal is rejected, as is widely expected.
