nCLIENTS of Beswicks Legal can now use an app to take the stress out of moving house.

The app, which revolutionises the conveyancing process, enables house buyers and sellers to track the progress of their sale or purchase. It gives clients access to real-time information, as well as instant updates via alerts that are sent out at key milestones, such as searches being ordered or receipt of contracts.

It also provides a quick way for clients to view and download documents securely and provide ratings and reviews. Residential property associate Emma Millington said: “We’re incredibly proud to provide a five-star conveyancing service at Beswicks and we know that one of the reasons clients rate us so highly is because we keep them up-to-date with progress and are in regular communication with them. Our app takes this a step further, by giving clients the ability to view and track their transaction, receive alerts and message their solicitor when they want to.” Emma added: “Giving clients access to all of the important information at their fingertips and providing an even easier way to communicate with us certainly makes moving house less frustrating.” The app is available to all Beswicks Legal residential property clients and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

It connects securely to an online portal which provides clients with access to matter details, progress updates and documents. Commercial director Ryan Yates said: “The app is an effective communication tool that enables us to keep our clients updated in real time. This investment supports our vision to provide a great service and a seamless experience. “Communication and regular updates are essential for clients.”
