His day job is expanding companies worldwide, but now he’s throwing a lifeline to British businesses that are struggling post-pandemic, and risking his own cash to help them succeed.
He says: “I want to help, that’s what I’m here to do.
“Taking people who might otherwise not be employable and making them successful. It changes people’s lives.”
Each week the entrepreneur visits a different UK company, and offers a game-changing investment. But he will want a stake in the business and to call the shots over his transformation ideas.
It’s a hard pill to swallow for Jasen, boss of Manchester repair and restoration company Prymo.
Business is booming, they are always busy – so why are they hardly making any profit?
“Why do you think things are going so great?” asks Eric, cutting to the chase. “What are you busy doing?”
Eric has a business offer and is ready to write a cheque, but Jasen is not impressed.
