TOWN CENTRE TO BECOME ‘LIVING ART GALLERY’

TOWN centre streets are to turned into a ‘living art gallery.’

The Leek Open Studios and Art Trail is returning in style after a two year absence.

It gives local artists the opportunity to exhibit their work in local shops and businesses.

In addition, local artists and makers will be opening their studio spaces and galleries to the public, so that people can see them at work. Event organiser Kim Bradford said: “We are all so excited. We can’t wait to show everyone just how vibrant the art community is here in Leek.”

Leek Open Studios takes place on Saturday and the Arts Trail begins on Saturday and finishes on May 14.
