ROB & ROMESH vs RESTAURANTS – FIRST COURSE

In this first of a two-parter, Rob and Romesh attempt to learn about the restaurant industry and open their own gaff in just two weeks. To get a taste of what’s needed, they visit Tom Kerridge at his restaurant The Hand and Flowers, the only two Michelinstarred pub in the country.

Having eaten the best food they’ve ever had, there’s only panic. They later visit Kerridges’s Bar & Grill in London to learn about customer service from their maitre ‘d, resulting in shouting, smashed glasses and a terrible Geordie accent.
