Tittered me lots at this comic genius

I LOVED the recent showcase of Frankie Howerd’s comedy and life on Channel 5.

Frankie, pictured, was a comedic legend and there will never be the like of him again. Despite his own personal traumas he gave pleasure to the masses. I was so lucky to see him at the old theatre Royal in Hanley in the early 1990s in a pantomime. He made the show with his own inevitable style and humour. I cannot believe that it is 30 years since his death this year.
