CHAPEL CHORLTON

FORMER Stoke City kit man Neil ‘Nello’ Baldwin is to be guest of honour at the village’s Jubilee party.

He will join the Silverdale Methodists Brass Band and the village’s Platinum Queen at next month’s event, which also features maypole dancers, traditional stalls and activities, a raffle and a bar.

Proceeds will be donated to St Laurence’s Church.

The party will take place on Chorlton Green on June 3 between 2pm and 5pm. All are welcome.
