APPROVAL OF FLATS PLAN FOR VACANT SITE

PLANS to build four homes on an empty patch of land have been given the go-ahead.

Derbyshire-based developer Dream Homz has won approval for a block of flats off St John’s Street in Hanley.

City planners accepted the Mickleover company’s proposal, which includes two one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and two two-bed homes over the first and second floors.
