‘Johnson had hands tied from the start’

I CAN tell by the response to my letter that J Johnson is a ‘Remainer’ (Sentinel, November 9).

Theresa May signed the UK up to such a poor deal.

Boris Johnson’s hands were tied from the start.

I’ve lost count of the number of Brexit ministers who quit the role because they could not get anywhere trying to negotiate a better deal because of Mrs May’s deal with the EU.

Boris Johnson isn’t perfect but he did his best under very difficult circumstances.

No Prime Minister in my life time has had to contend with what Boris had to.

Heaven help us if the opposition were in Number 10.

With regards to the benefits of Brexit, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Be patient the good times will come.
