MUM, 26, AWAITS FATE OVER DRUG-DRIVING
MUM Kelly Hogan was caught drugdriving and driving while disqualified.
The 26-year-old was stopped by police while driving in Meir on July 24. Officers suspected she was under the influence of cannabis.
She provided a positive roadside drugs swipe and was taken to custody where she gave a sample of blood which gave a reading of 5.2 for cannabis against the legal limit of 2.
Police discovered Hogan, of Mayer Street, Hanley, was disqualified.
North Staffordshire Justice Centre heard she was banned under the totting up procedure without her knowledge. She was also uninsured.
Hogan pleaded guilty to drugdriving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
She will learn her fate on December 8 after a pre-sentence report.
