Indie rockers booked to play Trentham Live
INDIE-ROCK band Kaiser Chiefs will be joining Olly Murs in next year’s Trentham Live concerts.
The Leeds band, led by former Voice UK coach Ricky Wilson, have been unveiled as the second act to perform at the venue next year.
They join former X Factor star Olly Murs – with more acts yet to be announced for the event which takes place from August 17-20.
Kaiser Chiefs have sold millions of records, with a number of hit songs throughout their career.
Popular anthems include Ruby, I Predict A Riot and Everything Is Average Nowadays.
They recently released a new single How 2 Dance.
A statement from the organisers of Trentham Live read: “We predict a sell out. We are thrilled to announce the second act to be confirmed is the incredible Kaiser Chiefs.
“They’ll be taking to the stage on Saturday, August 19 at Trentham Estate.”
General ticket sales start at 10am on Thursday. Trentham members will have exclusive access to presale tickets from tomorrow.
