HGV FAILED TO STOP AFTER CRASH WITH CYCLIST
POLICE are hunting for a hit-and-run HGV driver who crashed into a cyclist.
Cheshire Police were called to reports of the collision on Crewe Road, in Church Lawton, at 10.10am on Thursday, November 24.
The crash involved a 19-year-old cyclist and the HGV. The cyclist sustained an injury to his knee while the driver of the HGV left the scene.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “His injures are not believed to be serious. The driver of the HGV failed to stop at the scene and inquiries are ongoing.”
