Rosemary & bay leaf gin
2 sprigs of rosemary 3 bay leaves 700ml gin
Place the ingredients in a jar, seal and shake. Start checking after 2–3 days. Strain and bottle once you’re happy with the taste.

In a highball glass, pour 50ml of your herb-infused gin over ice and top up with ginger ale. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lime.
