CHAGA

The Simple Things - - MISCELLANY -

This mushroom (AKA Inonotus

obliquus) is found in European birch forests. Traditionally grated for drinks, though resembling a clump of dirt, it’s thought to be rich in the likes of vitamin D, potassium and B-complex vitamins.

TRY IT: in an ‘adaptogenic latte’ from London’s Farmacy.

BUY IT: Viridian makes an organic wild chaga and raw cacao blend.
