Best view
The view from Northcliff Hill: it’s the second highest point in Joburg. On the south side you can see the city skyline and, on the north, the leafy suburbs.
The one thing to see
Definitely the graffiti and street art. Joburg is fast becoming a graffiti and street-art destination, with colourful words, patterns and characters snaking their way over our walls. The city is pretty gritty in some parts and the urban art really suits it. Areas to check out are Braamfontein, Newtown and Maboneng.
