Tahini hot chocolate
Tahini might sound like a strange addition, but it’s reminiscent of peanut butter and chocolate, making for a thick and creamy drink.
Serves 1
250ml milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp tahini
¼ tsp ground cardamom 2 tbsp raw honey
Sea salt, to taste
1 In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the sea salt.
2 Transfer to a small pan and warm gently over a medium heat, stirring regularly.
3 When the hot chocolate is beginning to steam, turn off the heat and pour into a mug.
Top with sea salt crystals, to taste.
