London Fog
Better than a pea souper, London Fog is a fragrant tea latte made using Earl Grey, vanilla, lavender and honey.
Serves 2
2 Earl Grey tea bags 1 tbsp dried lavender ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp honey
250ml milk
1 Put the tea bags and lavender in a tea pot or jug and fill with around 250-300ml of just-boiled water.
2 When the tea has brewed, remove the tea bags, add the vanilla and honey and stir well.
3 Using a strainer to catch the lavender petals, pour into two mugs and top with frothed milk of your choice.
