Hot White Russian

A warm version of the classic coffee cocktail , which will perk you up from the inside out.

Serves 1

150ml hot coffee

45ml coffee liqueur 20ml vodka

45ml double cream Squirty cream (optional) Maraschino cherry

1 Combine the coffee, coffee liqueur and vodka in a mug or glass.

2 Very gently warm the cream, being careful not to let it catch.

Stir the warm cream into the rest of the ingredients and top with squirty cream and a maraschino cherry, for maximum retro appeal.
