Outer limits

A faint object discovered in 2018, and nicknamed ‘Farfarout’, has been confirmed as the most distant object found in our solar system so far. Estimated to be 250 miles across, and 132 times further away from the Sun than Earth. Astronomers hope that studying its orbit will provide insights into the history of the outer solar system.
