Found – exploring the world of natural dyes, one plant at a time

When Hana Mallett found herself furloughed last summer, she used the mindful process of natural dyeing to ease her anxieties. Over the months, Hana experimented with homemade potions created from foraged botanicals found on the doorstep of her Saffron Walden cottage in Essex, along with food waste from her kitchen and local café. She set up Found and created small batches of hand-dyed apparel, accessories and homewares. Every step of the process has been considered; from ditching chemicals to her recycled packaging.
