No one judges on spirit side

-

Dear June

PLEASE put my mind at rest.

My son committed suicide a few years ago and I’ve heard people say that is a sin and they shall never go to heaven.

He was a good lad who was treated unfairly.

I hope to see him again to tell him I forgive him.

Anon. My personal perception and understanding of suicide is that the individual was too sensitive to bear the burden and pressure that are present in everyday life.

In some cases, before the last act of suicide is carried out, they might have turned to drugs or alcohol to try to numb the pain in an attempt to cope.

Those who choose to cross over by their own hand are met by those who love them and, once there, they will be lovingly supported and cared for.

There will be no one present to pass judgement on them for their actions.

They can already see the devastation caused to their loved ones after they are gone and once they accept responsibility for this they will begin to work through it with help from those already in spirit.

Each individual must accept responsibility for their actions here on earth and through every decision taken, whether right or wrong, they learn.

To me, life is a means to learn in order to progress spiritually. Sometimes the lessons we learned were much more difficult to achieve than we’d thought.

Your lovely boy already knows you forgive him.

You will be reunited with him when your time comes as he will be there waiting for you.
