Bieber time for V fans

SOME of the biggest names in music will be taking to the stage at the V Festival next Saturday and Sunday.

Justin Bieber and Rihanna top the bill with Little Mix, Kaiser Chiefs and Travis also among the line-up at the two parks in Chelmsford and South Staffordshire.
