Trump Brit gun trial

A BRITISH man will go on trial tomorrow accused of trying to grab a police officer’s gun to shoot US presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Michael Sandford, 20, from Dorking, Surrey, was arrested at a Las Vegas rally after allegedly going for the weapon as he asked for the presidential hopeful’s autograph on June 18.

The trial will take place in Las Vegas.
