Teenager in charge

THE country’s youngest mayor is celebrating receiving his A-level results.

Teenager Terence Smith secured the grades to study sociology at the University of Hull.

The 19-year-old is mayor of Goole, Yorkshire.

And if he doesn’t do a good job as mayor he’ll be sent to his bedroom by his mum for being a very naughty boy.
