PEOPLE are happier in old age, despite their physical decline, according to a recent study.

Researchers at the University of California questioned more than 1500 people aged 21 to 100.

And participants said they felt better about themselves and their lives year after year.

Getting old and grey doesn’t need to make us feel blue.
