COLLECTORS of George Best memorabilia can add a nice piece to their collection – if they have around £15,000 to spare.

The 1972 white Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow owned by the Manchester United icon is about to be put up for auction.

Best (below), who passed away in 2005 aged 59, famously said: “I spent 90% of my money on women, drink and fast cars. The rest I wasted.”
