Clothes tech a fashion fail

-

The average Brit checks their phone once every 12 minutes, according to Ofcom.

Just when you think tech can’t become any more ubiquitous, along comes fashion firm Tommy Hilfiger. It has launched a range of clothing fitted with microchips, pictured right. They are designed to track customers’ movements. Whatever next? Big Brother r truly is watching us.

I think the whole thing is ghastly. It feels so creepy. W Why would anyone want to wea ar these clothes?

Currently the range is onl y on sale in America but, if it’s succe ssful, you can bet it will make its way y over here. It won’t be on my sho opping list.
