A health food giant is fighting back against the problem of counterfeit honey.

Around 10,000 tons of Manuka honey are sold around the world every year – but only 1,700 tons are actually produced.

Now Holland & Barrett will send samples from every batch for testing, in an attempt to combat the problem.
