Police face Kirsty quiz

Eight police officers have been summonsed to court later this week to be grilled about the death of Benidorm plunge holidaymaker Kirsty Maxwell.

Five National Police officers will be questioned during the hearing in the Costa Blanca resort on Thursday along with three town hall-employed local police. The Livingston bank worker’s family’s new lawyer, Lorena Soler Bernabeu, is expected to use the hearing to try to question the police response.
