Earthquakes shock Alaska

More than small 190 earthquakes have hit parts of Alaska since Friday, when a 7.0-magnitude tremor knocked out power, ripped open roads and splintered buildings.

Since Friday, Alaska has experienced at least 194 smaller quakes, according to the US Geological Survey with aftershocks expected to continue “for some time”.
