I’ve just been to see Mary Poppins Returns, the very long awaited sequel to the Disney classic. It’s supercali…ok, I think you know the rest of that one. I’m not kidding though when I say that it’s simply THE best movie of the year so far… by far! Treat yourself on December 21 and go see it!

You know Judge Judy, but now get ready for Judge Jerry. Jerry Springer, the host of the most outrageous talk show ever, is going to be hosting a court TV show which starts in autumn next year. “For the first time in my life, I am going to be called honorable,” said Springer. Excellent judgment, Jerry!

Simon says...reboot

Jurassic World star Chris Pratt is in negotiations to take the role of Simon Templar in a new movie reboot of The Saint. I grew up watching the classic TV show so I’ll be delighted if it makes a comeback. I’m such a fan I didn’t even mind the widely-panned ’90s version with Val Kilmer!
