Celebrities slumming it with the spiders, being bitten by bugs and having to eat tasteless beans for breakfast, lunch and dinner...i could watch it all day.

Poor Nick Knowles opting to sit out of a slap-up meal this week was torture.

He was so chuffed with his bean burgers, while everyone else gorged on second helpings of a roast and jam roly poly for pud.

It made for delicious TV!
