Dear Maggie

Our young son is three and shares a bedroom with his sister, who is six.

Unfortunately, he is a very poor sleeper and seldom spends the whole night in his own room.

In the early hours, he gets up and comes into our bed. He lies between us but is very restless, often kicking out so my husband and I seldom get a proper night’s rest.

We are both exhausted and don’t know what to do.
