The Sunday Post (Dundee)

Happy shopping

This week is all about bringing a bit of joy into your life. And we all need that right now, says Wendy Rigg

-

Research has proven that wearing brilliant hues can have a positive impact on your mood, so let’s embrace the rainbow.

Try mixing two brights together, as shown here. Red and blue can be really zingy and will “pop” when worn together. Add some embroidery or a pretty print.

These summery buys are sure to bring colour and vibrancy into your wardrobe.

Treating yourself to something special is always guaranteed to cheer you up. It doesn’t have to be clothing, it can be something lovely for your home, such as a piece of art. Or maybe it’s a scented beauty product to pamper yourself with. So I’ve included these in this week’s selection too.

Hope you enjoy these painterly shades and beautiful buys.

Happy Sunday.
